how hard is it to get vinyl off a car the new car im getting has black vinyl on the bonnet , and was wondering will it damage the paint taking the vinyl off

Counts on how long its been on there and it will need a good clean underneath

Heat gun and fingers is all you'll need to get it off, just be carefull. Ask the owner how long its been on there.

Use a heat gun and pull an edge back then just heat it as your pulling it off. Should come off pretty easily, shouldn't damage the paint as long as you take your time and don't rush it.

Shouldnt take any paint off if its good paint, might still be a bitch to get off though . My mate had to take police vinyl off andsaid it tok him ages! Use a heat gun with it What colours the car btw?

If its been on there a long time the roof will probably be a different colour too the rest off the car too due to the rest fading. Shouldn't be too noticeable with it being on the roof though.

It says its on the bonnet though.

bonnet and roof have vinyl , although i could change the bonnet easily enough

it take it off the bonnet and leave the roof or have resprayed if its really bad
