I'm shit scared of the things and theres been 5 huge ones murdered in here today I feel like a victim in my own house

Is there any old tricks to keep them out of your bedroom?

Keep killing them lol.

I kept getting loads of big ones in my room last year. I killed all apart from 1-2 and i havent found any in here since.

Chestnut wood keeps them away, they dont like it for some reason.

conkers are suppose to keep them away aswell, their is afew on the trees now

I'll have to give the conkers a try, and yes Mike they were huge , there like whippets too when they start running, took about 5 attempts too kill one of them it was that quick

Make sure it's pointed towards the window though as they hate it, they try to follow the line and when it ends they don't know what to do. That's why they always stick to skirting boards. It will get confused and look for the nearest exit.

i found melons work better then conkers and 9 proved better then 7
