Has anyone been to either of the above in October in recent years? Me and a mate are planning on getting another trip in this year but it has to be October which will be out of season. It's just gonna be a long weekend piss up kind of thing.
i've been to Puerto del Carmen before (although it was years ago) and that was good so i'm thinking of Tenerife instead for a change. But then it might be better sticking to what i know.
So basically we want somewhere that will be fairly lively for the time of year and if there are decent strip clubs etc then that wouldn't be a bad thing!

Tenerife but definitely a resort like Los Cristianos or Costa Adeje. Having only cruised to Lanzarote for a day I cant really comment but what I saw was nice.

If its just a piss up you are after, then try magaluf. Im out there with a few mates next week, 5 days for £175, that includes our train to the airport etc.

Tenerife is good and i can recommend Laguna Park 2, ideal basic hotel. Close enough to las Americas for the clubs, but far enough away to be quiet.

Laguna park 2 is nice. Although its up the hill a bit. I have stayed there, and if i stay that high up, i much prefer villa tagoro. Its amazing!

Laguna park is nice as well.
Friends mum stayed there before, said it was ok.
Laguna park 2 is easy, when drunk
Plus on that strip just down from it is the nicest bar in Tenerife, the Rumpot.

Go to Antalya in Turkey and stay in a 5 star resort.
Or Sharm El Sheik and stay in a 5 star.
I didn't want to leave the Cornelia Diamond in Turkey, I could of happily lived there.
