V band is a different way of securing/clamping the wastegate
I cant really recommend a wastegate for you... at what boost levels?
TIAL 44mm perhaps..
This is what your calling normal (bolt n' gasket)
this is V Band

It may help with be able to unbolt it etc but your not going to gain space by picking V band.

Why? You can turn it to what ever angle you want. Thats gotta help. Common sence.

I can see where you're coming from, you can create more room for the screamer pipe. Mine is Vband, which helped because my screamer pipe is just a straight pipe, meaning I could turn the wastegate to where I wanted it the pipe to exit.
You could always fabricate a screamer pipe to bend which way you want though..

How much power and what boost? What budget? Tial is the most popular, most of their new stuff is vband.
