Windows phone 7 finally decided to do a big update to 7.5 with hundreds of updates and new features. Just updated it and it froze half way through  everyone knows what that means!
Phone turned off and back on again and just stayed on a the screen showing the usb cable plugged in (you have to update through a computer) after ages of taking battery out and back in, it just kept showing the same thing and couldnt do anything.
Eventually had to hard reset it, and now ive just lost hundreds of pictures, videos, and phone contacts, due to shitty phone not backing itself up first, not having a memory card (just built in memory) and also doesnt let you save contacts to the sim card!
Absolutely fuming! Shitty HTC and Windows OS!

Edit- Conclusion - Windows Phone 7 OS is shit! And Zune software is shit!

Yeah, well normally when ive updated it, its automatically backed the phone up. But this time is hasnt. The phone is a load of shite, and this update would of made it 10x better, but decided to fuck up! Seriously stressed out at the moment! Lost everything, and in the process of trying to update it again now.
