What a fucker!!!
Report him to eBay somehow??
Although he has a point, they are worth more than £87
I bought mine for my 106 off a mate for £150 which was cheap at that.

Fuck all you can do. Ebayers today.
Dont put a Resolution Centre on him as you lose the right to leave feedback.
Act all nice as pie and get the refund then neg him!

Dont see how people can get away with this. Its an auction site, you wouldnt take something to an art/antique auction to sell something and then take it back home if you dont get what you want for it. You HAVE to sell it at that price, aslong as its above your reserve (if you had one).

He doesnt have a point though, because he should of put a reserve for that price.
Ebay is wank now days. I only deal with buy it now/classified ad for this reason.

If he doesn't send them, technically hes breaking the law. The end of an auction signifies a contract between buyer and seller, and the sale has to go through.

If you get them at what you paid, you can't really neg him, as he has sent you them for the price agreed.
If he doesn't send or tells you he wants more or he won't sent, then neg him.

They're "worth" what someone's willing to pay for them... so if the un-reserved auction ended at £87 surely that's what they're worth.
If the dick (seller) thinks they're worth more, why didn't he put a reserve on the item?
