hi guys i had my mot today and the brake pipe had split so i tryed taking it off and it snapped the metal thin pipe running to the flexi hose. are these pipes the same on all corsa's or do the engine sizes make a difference? also how the hell do i remove the pipe from the small block in the engine bay as i think the nut is rounding off? any help would be appreciated thanks

Its a 1.2 16v on the log book but had a 1.6 16v eco tec engine fitted, the engine is suposed to have abs but the previous owner took it all off and just left the abs sensors on the wheels. But im guessing the shell doesnt support abs as i cant see any abs stuff.

Make a new piece up or get a garage to make a new bit.

If you've snapped the pipe, just cut it off and whack a socket on the end of the nut to remove it.
Brake pipe flaring kit is about £15 from local motor factors.
Brake line is about £10 for a roll so that's plenty.
There are good videos on you-tube showing how to flare the pipe. It's piss easy once you've had a few practices.
