Even if fry ups didn't give me extra calories/cholesterol etc. I think I'd get bored eating the same thing for breakfast every day.

It's not just the food. The smell and washing up would put me off

I couldn't go to work each day smelling of fried egg and bacon.

Although I do love the occasional cooked breakfast. I tend to have it more for dinner

Once a week if i'm lucky.

Whilst on the breakfast subject, i must add that the Mcdonald's breakfast wrap is really good.

I was about to say, you will die of a heart attack!

I'd be surprised if your cholesterol isn't high already. It's up to you though

People don't realise the state they're getting in really. My nan never had the fry ups (just cooked them for him!) but still completely changed her diet when she had a cholesterol check up.

Neither of them looked overweight in the slightest by the way.

Haven't had one for maybe a year, can't think of anything worse then starting your day on a fat packed calorie fest.

Problem is the fat is stored inside and around the organs I believe, so people don't indeed notice the damage they are doing unitl it's pretty late.
