Yeah, thats just my opinion though, you can run different widths, people have ran 10" wide on the rear of Corsa's, I'm not sure how much you could get away with up front. Your probably going to need a lot of arch work as well though.

i just want to go flush with the archs so i dont av to do any work on the arch i got told i go 8 inch wide

I had 15s, if i did it again which i wouldnt ild go 14s. Jimmys was perfect on 15s but mainly due to having wider arches.

7s on the front and 8s rear. You will need slight modifications on rear arch to fit an 8 tho; nothing drastic though.

most people think mines are too wide especially at the front but i like them
there 15x9" at back
15x8.5" at the front

my height still needs lifted as the wheels wont turn with the car that low haha but itl giv u an idea of the width

jimmy 2.1's corsa (van) looked smart with banded steelies (ignore the rust bonnet it wasn't soldf like that).




Unsure on size though.

They were 15x9 rears and 15x8 fronts. I could run them that wide and have it low cos it had mk1 astra arches. Running wheels that wide on standard arches look crap (imo) because the car can't be run low.

I'd go 14x8 rears and 14x7.5 fronts with 195/45 tyres all round
