MW and MW2 to some extent was great, I just stuck with HC S+D and enjoyed it a lot. If they take it back a step then it may be a decent game, doesn't look like they have though.

Theres definitely still a market for COD. Its a no thinker, run and gun shoot em up. Decent fun but i find it only holds my attention for a few hours before im bored, as i seem to do the same thing every game.

Whereas the other night it got to 1am and i thought, best go to bed, one more game of CQ on BF3 and I'll turn it off. Next thing i know i looked at my phone and it was 3.30am

Elite is the bad point though, it should be free. It basically looks the same as MW2, in game menus etc are exactly the same by the look of it. Class layout etc, they've just added new maps and skins it seems

Not much more than BF3 and Mw3 is out next week, BF3 has sold more than 5million copies in the first few days, I suspect MW3 will sell more than that though. It's far more mainstream.

5m in 1 week for BF3. BO sold 3m on day of release. The games industry is fucking massive!

Biggest entertainment industry by far, did you see that sniper then jesus christ, so over powered.

Yep, MW3. It's practically the same apart from tweaks. Should have been an expansion pack really.

It was never going to change that much, MW2 was massive. They probably saw what people thought of BO and decided to hold back a bit on anything too drastic.
