all the young-uns round my way have been spending all day making a bonfire... somehow one of them got hold of a tractor and dumper trailer and they have been dumping wood on the road outside my house all day long.. carrying it up the cut and building it on the small field out the back of the houses opposite mine...
i went up when it was getting dark and it was some size i must say...

now there's paramedics and fire engines all over as one stupid nit-wit thought he'd play with the petrol can near the fire...
apparently he tried to chuck it on the fire and it "back fired" in his face... supposedly has a burnt all his mouth and inhaled due to the shock of it and burnt his throat...

heard a really big band/felt the shake. 14 of them hit the deck off the blast...

funny but i hope the kids alrite... sure he's about 20 year old or something...

any other good ones??

Made a bonfire when i was about 12 and some gimp decided to throw a tin of beans in without telling anyone, exploded in everyones face!
Few weeks later, coming up to bonfire night, a few of us made a huge bonfire ready for the night but a group of "big kids" came over and set it alight as we walked off, so went and rang the fire brigade and they had put it out within 5 minutes of them setting it alight. They thought they were clever by lighting it, then pissed off when it got put out straight away.
Being 12 years old i felt quite good they didnt get the fun they wanted

You felt the shake from a can of petrol.

Is any part of that post true at all?

If you can't say anything nice, consider whether it's worth saying nothing. I'm getting rather bored of the high horse approach.

If you want to complain, do so. Otherwise please try and avoid sounding like a gang of old moaning cunts.

Complain about what?

Sounds like balls, doesn't mean it's not fun to read and comment on.

Is it not a discussion forum?

Discussing things? as to weather the posts is lies or not?

Everyone is entitled to an opinion, and if Jed needed to complain about our posts then maybe he should think before he posts the tripe?

Anyway, duly noted, and won't rise to his fantasy again

People out the back window made one on a hill, wind blew and all the hot embers flew in to their faces and in the direction of their house, smart people.
