pay the money fore the logitech g27 wheel. no others are as good imo.
i have had my logitch g25 for about 4 and a half years and its still the best one you can get tbh.
i bought mine with the full frame and bucket seat etc cost me £400! lol

I have this wheel and I'm completely satisfied. Bought it second hand for 15£ and it does what it says on the box. Force feedback and general feel is very good. I only use it once a month and it suits my needs completely.

I was mistaken. Mine's a Driving Force Pro.
Still can't fault it though.

I was thinking of getting a G25 so watched one on eBay, but it's gone for £156 and I don't have that kind of money for a wheel
Will keep an eye on this for cheaper alternatives

Don't be an adder Dave and get a G25, you'll be able to keep up with me that way

It's pretty much spend the money on the logitech if you plan to use it for years, they have a good customer service etc
I found the thrustmaster gt experience is pretty decent, got it for £25 new from amazon a few months back but seems its a bit more expensive now @ £40+ plus postage.
It isn't as full on as the Logi but decent for the lesser price.

The problem I have is I'd want to do it properly and have a decent shifter and all the rest of it, but I don't have the budget Plus will need to make some sort of foldable stand for it. There are people selling them on eBay but half of them are wooden anyway so may as well make my own

Got my eye out for a well priced Driving Force GT at the moment as there's no way I'll be able to afford a G25/27 for ages but I'd still ike to get something. If only o had room for one of the chair things

On the driving force gt, can you change what side the stick is on? I'd assume not as I've not seen any pics with it on the left, but thought may as well check

I was originally thinking of getting a G25 but at £150+ I can't afford it. Driving Force GTs seem to be going for as low as £40 sometimes so looking at one of them for now.

i personally would save for the logitech g25 there is a good reason there that price over the driving force because it really is that much better.

Hopefully not, Jay
I can't save for it really though Mike, got to put money away for my real car Mot is next month, insurance in Feb, and then I need a new exhaust. Let alone paying off the credit card
