Yay or nay?

My engine is one that is naturally a hot running engine, the original manifold had a heat shield. Now I have a s/s 4-1. Should I see a benefit by wrapping the manifold? Some people suggesting its not worth it on Pistonheads

i heatwrapped my manifold last week, seems to be slightly better but isnt a massive difference in under bonnet temperatures.

theres no massive difference in you putting your foot down realistically. mine helped as the rad and manifold were so close it ended up heating up the water
