Right, tonight's been a thinking night for me
I have 2 cars, my 99 Corsa Sport which I've had for nearly 2 years, and an 05 plate Fiesta Zetec S which I bought a couple of months ago.
I got a loan to pay for the Fiesta, I only paid part ex price, so there's money to be made on it. The Corsa stands me at nothing, would basically be free motoring apart from petrol and tax.
I'm thinking I should sell the Fiesta, pay off my loan, make a profit on the car which I can put into savings. I'll also be saving £130 a month on the loan payments, this can also go into savings.
I'd then tax and insure the Corsa, run that over winter, more suitable for a winter run around than the more valuable Fiesta?
Ideally next year when I turn 21 I'd like to get something like a Mini Cooper S, as insurance seems more reasonable then!
So what are your views on it?

Sounds like a no brainer really. Also sounds like you've already decided... In your head

Exactly this, even the wording of the poll answers it

Yeahh, it seems the sensible idea, I've never really bothered trying to sell the Corsa in the last 3 months either. It's just a pain that I've already swapped my private plate over and I'll have to pay to change that and sort my insurance out again as well
