We have just set up a workshop for electrostatic flocking of dashboards, centre consoles or practicaly any other part that you want to have done.
we have a full professional electrostatic setup with an epoxy spray booth to give a top quality finish to the parts.
if any forum members want any of their parts done at a good rate please get in touch and i will make sure you get a very good price.
virtualy all colours are possible and its a great way to make tired looking plastic parts look like new.

prices will depend on quantity of parts you are wanting done, color and condition of parts if you are supplying your own to be flocked, if anyone would like a quote on a specific set of parts please post up a list of parts and i will give you a ball park price (condition dependant), as i get stock parts done that are available for outright purchase i will put them up here with set prices

some examples of parts we have done

will add more examples of different parts and colors as we get more work through

hi there, provided they are supplied in good clean condition (basicaly cleaned and prepared as if you were going to paint) then they would be £34.99 + return carriage, obviously if we need to do any preparation work beyond a quick sand to get a good finish we would need to charge for our time but we would inform you before carying out the work,
thanks,
carl

hi there, if by the door handle things you mean just the clip on top covers front and rear it would be £49.99
if you wanted the full front door handles done like the ones pictred in my first post the total would be slightly higher at £54.99
return postage would be £9.99 or you are welcome to collect from us,
many thanks,
carl

black would be very slightly cheaper on that sort of quantity (only about £5) just because we buy black flock in much larger quantities and we would buy green in a small quantity just to do your job, however on a larger quantity of parts there would be no price difference between green and black as we would be buying a significant amount in,

to be honest i would go for what you realy want as the cost difference is very minimal

im afraid im not able to trim the price at all as the bulk of the cost is in the setting up to do a batch and cleaning up of spray equipment afterwards, however i would be willing to do your door mirror trims for free along with your other parts for that price

for the corsa set £59.99 if you are supplying parts or £79.99 if you want me to source some good used parts to flock for you, UK postage and packaging would be £11.99

not had a good look at an evo 5 dash but ball park would be about £85 if its fully stripped and ready, any return post would need to be by courier due to size so would be about £17-£20

BMX crikey that takes me back, i used to strip and respray peoples bikes for them to earn money when i was about 15 lol
if its stripped of all parts and sanded down ready to spray you would be looking at about £65 as its gonna be a fairly intricate job and take quite a while to do
