Being lowered, the car will feel much harder than before, so u'll feel every bump in the road.
Does the wheel shake all the time, or just occasionally - high speed, low speed, cornering, braking etc etc?
If u put low profile tyres on it may tramline on some surfaces, making the wheel go in all directions.
The other option is that a wheel may be buckled, sending some nasty vibes to ur steering wheel.
This is all i can think of as i'm not a mechanic, but hope it helps.
