Can't decide between getting an iPod Shuffle or an arm strap/case for my iPhone for use when in the gym - what do you guys do? Also, what strap/cases do people have? I can't find many examples :S

and was it quite safe when you were running, rowing or doing weights etc.?

What if you were to fall over?

If it's purely for music I'd probably just get a shuffle
I use an arm strap for my desire (and will get another when i get an iphone) as I also use it for interval timing and distance logging

You're such a tight git Twiggy Be surprised if it was a Bone one for 99p.

Yeah it was fine, I was using it for proper outdoor running rather than weights or anything like that. Never fell over so don't know what would of happened.
