Well I've decided to jump in head first into getting back into shape, soooooooooo on the 4th of december I'm going to be doing the BHF christmas santa run at willen lake, and you guessed it dressed as santa  I've been out the gym or in fact any type of exercise for 8 months now so this will be some challenge, but I will complete it
I'll link some information for you so you can see what it's all about, I've signed up for the 8k how ever my aim is to smash the 12k will see though
