Just went to my brothers house and on the way back see some flashing blue lights at the traffic lights, turns out they had stopped a battered old ford escort that was full and I mean full of hedge, bush, privot branches what ever you want to cal it it was hanging out of the passanger window it was hanging out the rear of the car funny site but I bet the blokes in hot water now- how the hell he could see anything is beyond me I would think he will get the book thrown at him now, Just goes to show what people will do to save a little bit of cash

i do not understand how having hedgerow in his car would save him cash?

well it saves him cash on getting someone to take it away I mean I dont know how big is garden is do I or how long hes been doing it I just saw him pulled over. Dont know about the view but surely that aint legal I mean he would not of even been able to see out the passenger side from what I saw or very little

it already looked like a shed so it had the garden effect added with it
