I have posted this befor
I have fitted a power box and i have that small breather pipe that goes no where from the rocker cover is there anyway of piping it back to the engine as smoke comes out of it really bad and it really smells in side the car its got a fillter on at the moment but does nothing it burns oil real bad aswell any help please thanks

Shouldn't be smoke coming out of there.
Might wanna look into that first

What could it be any ideas what about head gaskit as it burns oil aswell

Only way of putting it back into it would be to run it round to the rubber intake pipe or put a hole in the powerbox or similar.
It should have a bit of smoke coming out, If its pouring out its a bit more than normal.
All 1600's burn a bit of oil.

is it easy to do them your self or is it best to take it to a mechanic
and it always blows smoke out the exhaust so i do think they need changing

valve stem seals is a big job imo, not something id try doing yet

il ask around a few garages i am a bit worried as its going on the rolling roads monday
as i want to know the bhp
it has a
vx power box
lightend fly wheel
cone filter
4-1 manifold
decat
scorpion exhaust
egr blanked off
no secondary air
hoping to get some good results

Not with it smoking as it may die on the rollers if you having power run

to be fair its been like this for months and use it every day down the motorway to go to work its never let me down but they do kick out the power dont they on power runs

Not at all. Just gotta have the right gear. Normally done as part of a HG change.
EGR should make a little diffrrence too. Maybe not to power but might make for a nicer curve.
