Noticed one of my subs had stopped working looks amp was fine all blue lights moved one to have a look and it kinda just died no subs now and both amps are in protection mode I have cheak the ground an it's fine and checked the live and power nothing wrong what can it be ??

If you disconnect the speakers entirely from the amps - do the amps still stay in protection mode?

If they do then that's not a good sign.

strip it all out and redo it again, could be a simple short

Before you go through the hassle of rewiring, take an amp out of the car and just hook it up on it's own.

ye no nluck still in protect what could it be?? the protect light goes off when phonos are removed but there is no power light??

I have the same problem...what make amp is it? Mines a fli loaded 900S

Not happy with mine, I checked it all with multimeter! Everything is right yet it's in protection mode!

Fli won't do anything to help me either!!

I have a juice one and vibe slick but they were fine moved one and it made a noice and died :/ !! Now nothing

check fuses, make sure all connections are properly connected, take everything back out and start from scratch, just a quick idea

Taking the RCA lead out and the amp going off is the most common earth problem ever. Have you tried direct connection to a power source to test?
