Hi everyone just thought i would add a few pics and a few detail of my build and the rebuild of my corsa 4x4 I first did the 4x4 conversion nearly 4 years ago now, it was only on the road for about 2 months and the transfer box went on it!! typical!! so after that it just sat on my drive until about April this year when i decided to strip it down and rebuilt it again. I got a full rebuilt c20let never run engine of a friend, striped it down put oil squirters in and steel rods with arp bolts, the engine already had low compression piston so saved my self a bit of money there! All the engine is in the car now and fitted with a t34 turbo and phase 4 ecu. I thought i would go for better brakes then the calibra ones so i got some brembo of a evo 7 and had some brackets made. So now its all nearly back together now just got to finish the exhaust and the bodywork and then get it resprayed...

This is my build on migweb http://www.migweb.co.uk/forums/projects-restorations/467935-corsa-turbo-4x4-rebuild.html

Not a lot i can do about the bodykit im afraid had to put wide arches on the rear because of the calibra back axle being wider then a corsa one.

Awesome build mate, not keen on the looks my self but I could live with that considering whats underneath it all

There is an alternative to that kit, but I think it carries a huge price tag. Search BAT Motorsport.

No idea mate but when it's all done and sprayed it will look ok, Iv only known of a few lads that have started to build one but not finished what they started, Iv been told that someone as done one but it's only really used on track days. I just can't wait to get it done now it's been of the road for over 3 years, I can't wait to feel them phase 4 chips and the t34 turbo
