My cam was very badly worn! So got a new cylinder head but the rocker is in 2 parts but there never seems to be a gasket in between??
Am I missing something? I went to college for 3 years and was told if its metal on metal there needs to be a gasket!
There is no trace of one on mine...or the one I got from scrap yard!
It's a corsa b, x12sz, 1.2 8v

just use gasket sealer

Yeah that's the plan! Just doesn't make sense that there's no trace of gasket on both?? :/

I did mine last week, same engine, just used a smidge of gasket sealer and it hasn't leaked a drop.
