North bar is epic if your into international beers etc. Quite a quirky place etc
At the o2 your already away from the snobbish end unless you nip round the corner to greek street.
Imo go up the hill to top yates and oceana if you want a club.

Well stay up the top then. Theres allsorts of places up there and its quite studenty so cheaper.
If your tight then avoid Call lane and Greek street areas.
