hi a have jus put a z20let into my corsa c but has some theething issues with it the throttle response is pants and aint boosting ave already changed the throttle peddal throttle bodie and replaced the boost solinioad but runnning out of im noto sure if it is down to wiring issues but if any 1 could help it would b appreciated Thank Damon

was a 1.2 sxi engine that was in it and a got the wiring from a boy down south but tbh i think its a bit of a boched job on it as the starter wiring etc was all to fuck dont really know where to get a diagram any ideas from any1 as a have the whole wiring of ma 1.2 and a engine bay loom off an astra gsi so a could always make up another 1 has it on the come aswell and said about boost solinoid tht is why a changed it 1st ever corsa c a have converted so jus learning new things Thanks

not yet but its the standered gsi ecu tht am running with the halo around the ignition barel n transponder

a really dont know mate a boy had it advertised on gumtree as a conversion package he said it was all plug and play as he had it in his corsa c but all the signs say tht it was never running in his car if it was even ever in it aint best pleased but what kin u do eh

To be fair bud if a was fitting it a would have maped ure 1.2 ecu if ure close and got time a can have a look am flat out the now but can always make time can u let me know a bit more about it what engine came out and that

through in leven mate about a hours drive from glasgow and all a know is the engine come out of a 2003 accident damaged asrta gsi as was hit up the rear what is the diff between remapping the 1.2 ecu and using the standered gsi turbo 1 ? gee me a txt mate 07969362659

Using ure standard ecu saves a bit of hastle there's 2 ways of wiring the z20lets as there 2 types of c looms abs and non abs and the loom the boy might have made u could be a cowboy job are there wires cut as all u do is move the pins

wires have been cut and joined mate but a do have ma standard sxi fuse box and wireing as well ave got the engine bay loom off the astra gsi turbo aswell much would u take to make the loom up for me ?

A just move the pins about a don't cut them to b fair for £20 a guy on ccuk will sell u a diagram but if ure stuck a can help u out but am flat out with other ones just now Will txt u in morning bud as having a few beers

The diagram I've got is for a 1.8, are you running a zlet map on your car or still the 1.2 map? If still running the 1.2 map that could be part of the problem
