The wife has been on at me for months to sort out a wall mounted unit for storing our DVD's. There's about 200 at a guess. It needs to be mounted over a settee so has to be high off the ground.

Any suggestions guys?

Ikea floating shelves (lack) with something on the ends to stop them falling over. Available in a fair few colours too, I have some and they look good.

get a big dvd/cd folder
put them all in it in alphabetical order with gaps after each section to add more.
bin the cases and put the folder in a cupboard so you dont have to look at hundreds of dvd cases on a shelf.
thats what i did anyway

I'd love to do this, I just couldn't bring myself to chuck the cases though. Yes I am strange

I agree there, Were going to stick them in the spare room. That way we don't have to look at them very often.
