If a debit card is used at an ATM machine can the bank see which one any funds where drawn out of? Just wondering if they all have various codes for identification purposes if someone say stole your card and used it etc?

Was a practical joke we where going to play on a friend but if Atms have cameras etc in then int wont work and dont fancy getting arrested, just to note if anyone has seen enemy of the state my mate is like Brill from that film and thinks the government is watching him 24/7 so we thought we would have a little fun when he is drunk

My bank wouldnt do it.. So I got an additional current account instead.. Still a pain only being able to do 600 in one go

Limits are there for security reasons and to stop the machine running out of cash quicker
