Numbers.
I seem to do everything in spreadsheets and Numbers for iPad is actually surprisingly efficient. Does take a bit of getting used to though.

But I want one now not in 4 months?

Plus they tend to hold their value pretty well so even if they release a new one, if it's a massive improvement (unlikely knowing Apple), I will just sell it.
