My sister has bought my Mum and Dad tickets to Phantom of the Opera for Christmas and I want to get them a hotel for the night of the 28th January.

Can someone recommend a relatively decent place, not a Holiday Inn but somewhere a little bit plusher. I have upto £150 to spend.

Laterooms is giving me a huge list of options but I'm not familiar with any of them

My suggestions a little pointless, as it's canary wharf area. But the raddisson new providence wharf, in an executive room is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Highly recommend it.

Looking at the Radisson Edwardians (Hampshire and Covent Garden) or the Trafalgar looks okay; can't see any Marriotts - You still have contacts?

Yep. But can probably only get cheap rates for me (and they'd ask for ID at check-in!)

Rates might be cheaper in Jan though due to there usually being less demand.

I stayed in County hall last month. Was more than £150 quid a night though.
