Damn apple, should have stuck with the Apple I and Newton for the last 30 odd years. Off course they're going to keep releasing new products, that's how business works.
Only reason I'm bothered is that I don't wanna get one 6 weeks before a new one, and Siri on the iPad would be cool.

More the fact that they knock them out year by year, regular as clockwork and you assholes go out and buy them. Cars is a shit example, not interested, but I'll give you Playstation, although they've released 3 in 17yrs, quite a different rate I think you'd agree. I've never claimed it isn't good business, i'm sure they're quite happy with what they're doing and how much they make from you Buying a new one each year for little difference tho? Purely a shallow look-at-me thing, nothing more.

Whats to say he bought and iPad 1 and 2? This might be the first one hes bought in which case your arguement of keep spending for a few minor improvments is irrelevent.

I don't buy one every year, I'm buying my first one and would rather wait a month or 2 for a better spec one. If the next one is a worthwhile upgrade I'll sell the one I have and put another £100 to it.
No one says anything to people who upgrade their pc's or laptops every year when they become out of date, but anyone who upgrades an apple device is slated by the anti-apple crew.

I just want to know if there's gonna be a new one  I like iOS and I like iPads. I posted this thread from my dads android tab and it was painfully slow, and it doesn't look as good or feel as good quality. Admittedly it's only a £200 Archos one but still, give me the quality and design of apple anyday.

I wouldn't normally fuck about waiting, but I won't be buying one until the end of jan so if there's a new one a month later I'd rather wait and get that or get a 2 cheaper

Not really. It's relevant because it'll DEFINITELY be out of date by next year, in fact, even in 6months when the one to have is the white one I'm not digging at the OP personally, #justsayin.
