I have a 'Business' setting when at work which is just a standard ring and no vibrate, in case I'm away from my desk and it annoys everyone.

I can't work out how to get my galaxy s2 to vibrate + ring at the same time, it seems like it's a case of either or

Here's a novel idea: take your mobile phone with you when you leave your desk, that way it isn't going to annoy everyone, and you won't miss the call.

annoys me when a phone is laying somewhere and when someone rings and it start vibrating, it begins to move and usually ends up on the floor.
