Just a general query.

Do you really go to town on what you eat over the festive period, or are you still pretty careful? Or do you go along with the notion that it's Christmas, and it's pretty rude not to stuff yourself with loads of food. Or do you work it all off at the gym, or do you just not give a shit either way?

I go to the gym a fair bit, but I'm thinking for a few days I might eat pretty much whatever. Although, after I've eaten it I feel pretty bad and annoyed with myself. But hey, it's Christmas!

If I'm at a christmas meal, either work or family related (including xmas day and boxing day), then I won't hold back. But I don't go out of my way to eat shit loads at other times just because it's christmas...

i will be eating shit loads, but as i'm getting older, my metabolism is slowing down, so will have to work hard afterwards so i'm not a fat bastard.
