i just fited jamex baseline coilovers to my corsa but the top mount has play in it even tho its as tight as it can go

i had been told to fit the silver bit aswel but there wasnt enough thread to fit it on

you dont have the bearing fitted there do you? i assembled my Gaz GHA's as per the top pic but with the silver cone too. because the bearing wasnt in there it made a horrible noise but coped till i fitted compbrake top mounts.

the compbrake ones had this same problem your having. i sourced some spacers shorter than that cone but enough to make it solid. I got the spacers off a machine where my dad works but any machine shop should be able to help make something. hope this helps you figure something out

does compbrake top mounts have the bearing in

Yeah they do, eccentric or concentric. I haven't driven with them yet as I'm half way through a conversion but they look cool not too cheap though
