seeing a vw with a weird exhaust on it! just wondering if anyone can help me by telling me how its done or where its done etc

it looks just like a standard exhaust but the tip flicks up or to the side?

anyone else seen or know what im on about?

any information will be great as i quite fancy it and considering getting it done

excatly like that! apart from i wouldnt have it sticking up as much! seen it on a corsa c, not sure about a corsa b
