I disagree it needs more that just a new bumper.

Needs bonnet,boot,roof painting,wheels, 2 doors.toe eye cover,2 front plastic arches.

Buy that for £320 then sort it with the bits above will not make it a uber cheap car.

Seen better on ebay around that price with t&t.

If you are looking at £300 cars you aren't going to care if it looks shit. Get some silver paint from halfords.

If you was wanting a mint car you wouldn't be spending £300.
