There is a poster on a wall at work, and a member of staff has drawn on it. It is a poster of a nurse.
Politically, do you see anything wrong with this... other than it's a bit childish.
part 2 will be posted after i get a few replies.

Depends where u work, and what's been drawn. Those 2 factors depend on whether it's childish of defamatory

Also depends if it's public facing or internal; former being an obvious no-no, latter depends mostly on, as Lee said, what has been drawn and if the picture is off someone working in the vicinity.
Russ - I'm guessing someone has had a moan about the poster and it's all kicking off?

Well if it was a hospital, if whoever did it was on a break they won't have been insured so it doesn't matter

Were they on a break? and did they want £100 to stop writing on posters?

Question is, did they come "off" their break to draw on the poster are they entitled to £100 because of this?

It's in a building only accessible to staff, and it was a mo' that had been drawn on.

Just childish tbh. Maybe it was left over from movember, if that's the case it's to raise awareness so it's a good thing

Can't wait to see what it is but most things you can draw on a picture of someone are funny.

OK OK Part 2.
The picture was of a black nurse. The person who reported it to me even said
email "The poster had been vandalized by someone drawing a moustache on the face that was not dissimilar to one depicted on pictures of Steven Lawrence whose family have featured heavily in the Press this week"
i'm sorry but how the holy fuck does drawing a mustache on a poster make it a racially motivated incident and how do you link that to the Stephen Lawrence case without twisting it in your own sick mind.

I might grow a Stephen Lawrence if that's the latest style.
