Looking back I've actually known since the 11th December. It might not have had that much mention on here actually, I've seen a bit on Facebook, mainly people telling Future Publishing that they're doing it wrong by canceling the non-profitable show and keeping the profitable one. I mean fair do's quite a few Vaux fans seem to prefer TVL but as a business they've got to go where the money is. It is a bit gutting they've had to drop it though, I like taking the mick out of VXR8s

Tvl was the up and coming thing, lots of potential to be a damn good show so it is a shame.

Not at all a power track, and that's coming from someone with about 100 brake on a good day.

Combe is a great track, it's pretty easy to learn, but still takes a lot to master. Bring on the action days.

It is a bit strange. What would be better would be to have it at Silverstone, that way they don't have to do TVL one week, pack evertything up and then.go to Silverstone the following week.for Ford Fair

Combe's actually a track where if you can drive a slow car well enough, you can make up for a power deficit.
I'm not sure I've driven another track where I could have a serious play with a VXR8, in my 110bhp Corsa, and come out on top.

I think coombe is quite good for novices, its quite easy to be quick there but as with all tracks, it takes a lot of skill to be fast

I don't know why they can't do a Euro show mid season, because Japfest does alright. Combe used to do one before the Summer Action day, but the last one was on the same weekend as Trax one year and the turn out was poor.
