That's not what happens in road wars, they normally get nothing, certainly no extra for running.

Looks like he tried an undertake in a small gap initially, didn't quite make it back out infront of the car it was overtaking before it clipped a parked car, which then made it's wheel come off and then the car at speed crashes out of control into those parked cars further down the road!
