I thought some of you would find this humourous, red top conversions done even in Australia haha

there seems to be a bit of a following for them over there i remember when i split my c20let for parts on ebay the wiring loom ecu turbo and manifold all went to aussie

When i lived there, cheapest i could find a 96 barina 1.4 8v was $1500 or £900ish.

I had the same car back in Newcastle which owed me £250 and was twice as clean!

Thats probably because the Calibra Turbo was sold here under the Holden name. The parts were extortion from dealers IIRC as it all had to be ordered in from Europe
