I only do about 90 miles a week now so dont need anything major eco on diesel etc but what do you think of this?

It has had 5 owners though and rear bumper is scratched...

Its a 2007 so reasonable to believe the seller that they are motorway miles.

i would rather that then an example with 90k that has run Doris 1.5 miles of stop/start urban driving to the shops every day

yeh high mileage puts me off.... it has 3 hours left mate so will be out of budget

I reckon 4k is good amount of dollar, just cant pick a car! Doesnt have to be A3

Munchie what about a TDi Passat?

You would get a bloody good one for 4k!

I had one as a 2nd Car when I had my Scooby and its one of the best cars i've owned.

Really good all rounder to be honest and looks/built a lot better then your equivalent vectra, mondeo or any french pish.

Or what about a Seat Leon cupra FR Tdi; same build as the A3 pretty much; 150BHP so has plenty of poke and i get 52MPG out of mine on average. Can be had for around the £4K mark with sensible miles

The price of Passats varies greatly buddy and You really get what you pay for. I have not seen that particular car though. There are 1000's for sale so you can be picky.
