Abit of history of my cars this is the 6th Corsa I have owned to date none of which have been anything spectacular.
This will be a slow project until i find a bigger car that i like.
Here is a couple of my other corsas from the past.
white 1.5td loved this car but got sick of spending money on it in the end so i swapped it for this little baby
Then there was another braindead idea which was this.
I then swapped the passat for the rio verde plus a couple of hundred my way.
A polish made all the difference with this car as you can see.
polished,mudflaps fitted ,exhaust tip
Here is the corsa i have now payed £200 for it with a couple months tax and test couple of dents here and there its going to be a slow project for a slow car
First things first put my alloys on and shockers taking it down 60 mm

Bit of an up date nothing major sub and amp fitted couple of pics to show how it went
Massive fuse
The box dry assembled and the cut list for the box
Box glued and port and speaker hole cut out
Here is what will inhabit the box
The guy who designed the box didn't have the measurements of the boot but it must of been a good guess as its touching both wheel arches and took some getting in.The box is bolted to the false floor which is bolted to the floor as-well as the sub being bolted in to the box from the inside. The box still needs covering but not sure what to use yet.

Yea the pit for the trains is handy to get under the car. The black steam train on the right is probably the best

Why make such a big box?

The box is still probably too small for the sub and ported or vented boxes have to be bigger then sealed boxes with the exeption of shitty halfords subs which work in anything. There is more to it then just stick the sub in a box different size boxes with different size ports play the bass at different frequencys.

well i decided to get me finger out of me arse and change me bumper from a post 97 to a pre 97as i prefer the shape. After alot of people suggesting using a heat gun to get the colour back in the plastics i thought i would give it a go.I used auto glym bumper care afterwards.
quite impressed with how it works.
Thought i would take the mud-flaps off me scrapper and stick them on this one.
Here is a before snap of the rear.
What a pain in the arse the bumper was to fit it just seemed to small at the rear arches.
Then i screwed my front flaps on even though once the snow turns up there will probs just get ripped off.
Tomorrow hopefully be able to heat gun the rest of the plastics.

Made the world of difference using the heat gun rather than just the bumper care gear

not decided yet jed might just use vinyl for the back three windows all arches are now heat gunned bit of a scary experience at the time as the aches come away from the car when heated up.
