I think its a good idea, not too sure on wether it should be debated amongst users in the general chat forum though.
As with any changes to the board this is something the club staff need to discuss.

Would be a good idea if used correctly, but i think it would get mis-used.
As well as the button, you would also need to record who had hit the button (that way you could find out if one user was just mis-using it) You might then also have the problem that a mod wouldn't see or know what was wrong with the post that had been reported, so you may also need to include a brief description of ure problem.
Have to agree with Adam, U2U's do the job.
