Anyone got a nice fountain pen?

Have been using my old parker from schools days for the last year or so and fancy investing in a nice new one, maybe £100 or so.

I use a parker fountain pen I was given when I left primary school. Use it most days still, years later.

Says my name engraved, probs the only reason I've kept it.

I've got a fancy one too which was a present, it's a cross, it's black with a silver square / mesh design on it. No idea how much it was though, could be £20 or £120. Don't use it either.

That black on is really nice. Get yourself a Mont Blanc. Pricey though.

I don't like fountain pens but I've been looking at their ballpoints.

That's nice. I need a nice one for work but I know if I spent that much I would lose it.

Only problem I find with Mont Blanc is that none of them look particularly modern. I know they aim to be classic, but some of them are a bit boring TBH.

It's nothing dodgy, wouldn't look great if they were trawling through the web browsing logs at work though.

I loose pens way to quickly to buy a fancy one . I can never find a pen especially in van, I've sometimes taken phone numbers over phone by etching paper with a screwdriver .

Last time I owned a Parker fountain pen was when I used to flick ink at the twat infront of me in science at school

I've been using a cheap fountain pen from WH Smiths to write my diary with for three and a bit years. A full side of A4 per day of the year...and it's still perfect.
