Just sounds like a service interval warning, get it serviced and get renault to turn the light off. Engine management light is a different one entirely

OK, didn't know if they had normal engine management lights on Renaults as I've never owned/driven one before
I did a quick Google, some people are going on about ABS problems with them two lights staying on?

Just got this off google...
hi just to add further details the SERV light on a renault is not a service indicator it is a MIL light. I've checked with renault and they say that if the serv light is on then the ecu has logged a fault code. I have a code reader but it does not show any fault codes. the service indicator light on my clio is a spanner symbol and its not illuminated.

This.
SERV light will come on if something needs looking at. I.e on my Clio if airbag light came on (common on French cars) then serv light will also come on. Same as if ABS light comes on, SERV will also come on.
If STOP light is also on means there's a problem. Get it looked at.
It has absolutely nothing to do with the car needing a service.
