ive got this "The plates of a capacitor are separated by 9mm of air and have voltage 10V between them. If the area of each plate is 25cm2 .Determine the following."

and need to find the electric field strength.
ive got the capacitance of 245.83pF but dont know where to go next. is efs=F/Q and F=V/D?

do you know much about this stuff whittie or just found the link for that?
seems too easy to just simply be voltage divided by distance
