That's us home!

I'll write more later with heaps of pics!

Safe to say the summit night was pretty gruelling! 1400m ascent up a shail ridge in the dark and colder than I've ever felt in my life... Bloody windy too making it much worse. I spilt tea on my leg and it froze to my trousers hehe

I think I went a bit loopy with the altitude right at the summit and actually ran at 6000m to beat fee to the summit.... With one eye frozen or something (perfect vision in one, cloudy mess in the other LOL ... Cleared up after 12hrs or so ). I won though

Uploaded a bundle of pics from one camera for now... here - https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.383574388336946.102462.221880771172976&type=1

a sample of some

i just turned up to be honest.... Fee sorted all our crap out as per usual

I think it was through Absolute Kilimanjaro, and as far as I can tell transfers and 1 night hotel (basic but ok) either side of the treck were included.

I think we were something like £1500 each and raised money for charity on top of that.

Some of the options (or other companies) are more expensive but have charity payments off the fee.
