and its great! really makes the 360 feel like a proper media centre and it works perfectly to control my tv. due to some unsupported codecs by the built in media centre on my tv i went back to using the 360 but the controller was a pain having to wait for it to turn on to pause etc.
bit of a "cool story bro" etc, but just thought id leave my recommendation to anyone considering one

yeah i use one as well. very good. operates my tv perfectly even change inputs on it. well worth the £7 or whatever it was.

Shame the new black remotes don't have an adapter for PC's like the old ones, look so much better!
