Im 21 in October and think my Corsa 1.8 will be sold in the next few days. I test drove a 1.9 Vectra Sri 55 plate today and really liked it. I newed a bigger car for homers - Im a roofer and dont want to get a van as I w2ant a car too. It was very spacious in the boot which I was surprised at. What are your thoughts on a boy of 20/21 driving a Vectra? Thanks!

What about a truck instead? Something like a nissan narvana or toyota hilux. Chuck all your tools in the back and it's still comfortable, has five seats etc.

Anyway, to answer your original question, I would have one. I've been looking at them myself recently.

I bought my Lexus IS200 at 19, and I have been driving big-ish company cars since I was 20 (had 2 Vectras since I was 20 and now I am on my first Insignia at 26).

Yeah, my mates took the piss, but who cares? I find bigger cars better to drive than smaller cars anyway!

Mate of mine is 20 and has a 55 plate A4 S Line. Seems to suit it well.

I had my Vectra at 20 when I got mine (still have it), although it's a 'B' not a 'C'.
