Where's cheapest to get cav mk 2 inner CV joints ?? To go on 1.6 shafts

go to local motor factors mate.

22 spline where the shaft joins, 34 where it goes into the box

Any motor factors, not much in it price wise. Make sure you count splines (inner and outer)

Will 1.0 hubs be ok with a 1.6 outter cv joint ? And the inners are 22 spline

they should be about 30 quid including vat. The part number should be pj16n. The pj15n's are for the big block shafts and the pj14n's are for the small block desils

TDL3051R Cross references with PJ16n ive just used that uni part number to get mine. Wish id seen this thread first!! Hope its correct and the right one comes in the morning
