So i split with the missus of 7 years last week and its not looking like we are going to get back together.

Does anyone please know how i go about changing phone bill / sky / council tax into her name from mine? Do i ring or her? Or both?

Waiting for the references so cant actually call just yet so thought i would seek some advice.
